A leading global technology services company won a large project within
Australasia and asked TRA to source and secure 25 suitably qualified
Project Managers, to permanent positions. TRA's Senior Appointments
Practice leads from around the region were flown in to Sydney and a
recruitment plan devised that saw specialist Service Delivery Consultants
from within the Senior Appointments Practice working in collaboration to
source and secure a robust depth of highly talented PMs to present to the
client within 3 weeks. Excluding the clients own sourced/referred
candidates that TRA additionally took through the selection processes,
19 of the roles were filled through TRA's efforts within 10 weeks.
