Executive Search: CIO Placement
TRA was tasked with the
responsibility of sourcing a CIO for a major Australian corporate entity.
Critical to the Client was that the assignment remain confidential, as the
Client did not want the industry to become aware of this internal change. TRA
employed its extensive network referral system, and identified a list of
potential candidates. TRA's unique regional Practices each with skill and
Seniority specialisations enabled each potential candidate to be contacted by a
trusted and known TRA Practice leader and questioned as to their interest in
new opportunities and short listed candidates on the specific opportunity after
signing NDA's. After an extensive selection process, a final shortlist of 5
candidates was presented to our Client and TRA was successful in placing the
CIO, without alerting the industry.
